I absolutely LOVE community health.

Group health is like nothing you can ever imagine experiencing in 1 on 1 healthcare. Once you experience the power of the deep and open connection with other human beings, you know this is what we need to heal ourselves.

My first Wild Collective curriculum for Korean women living in NA finished this week.
For the last 10 weeks, we studied our body and discussed about so many things from menstrual cycle to our vision & values. But that was a fraction of things we did in the program.

We shared our stories. We inspired each other. We encouraged and empowered each other. We were there 100% with our heart wide open for each other. We listened. We felt heard. We laughed. We connected and we grew. TOGETHER.

Have you been hiding your magic all your life? Are you scared of your own power and impact you might make on the lives of others when you let your magic reveal itself?

This certainly has been the story of my life for as long as I can remember. People around me often told me to get out there and share my magic, my knowledge and my compassion with more people. But I ignored them because I didn't believe in myself and was scared of what could possibly happen if I let it out.

During the last year, my heart has been telling me to do something to serve people with whatever I've got, to the point that I couldn't ignore anymore. So I've decided to do the universe a favour, explore and nurture my magic and share it with more people.

The first step I'm taking is to facilitate a women's group health program called the Wild Collective. It's a revolutionary women's health initiative where we learn to reconnect with our own body, intuition and wisdom, and make deep connections with other wise and wild women in the community. We're all too isolated right now and we need each other more than ever to thrive and stay healthy and happy.

Were you stressed today? Did you run around all day? Did you find yourself becoming more impatient and frustrated as the day went by?

I was stressed today. Lots of work, several meetings, kids waiting to play with me, dishes not done yet, but the next meal time is coming...I feel pulled in all directions. So much to do, yet not enough time.

I needed to breathe...SO, I decided to take a few minutes to actually breathe (breathe really well). If your day was somewhat similar to mine, do this with me. It takes just a couple of minutes.

Feel your breath at the entrance of your nostrils. Feel the temperatures of the air coming in and out of your nose or feel the intensity of the airflow.

Now, quiet down your breathing. Soften your breathing. Yes, very quiet, very soft. Breathe so soft and gentle that the fine hairs in your nose don't even move. Lighten your breathing. Quieter and quieter... Lighter and lighter... Quiet, light and soft breathing. This is normal breathing. This is how we used to breathe as a baby. Quiet, soft...

When my breathing becomes quiet and soft, the chaos around me suddenly seems more manageable. I hope it works the same way for you. 🙏

No need to try. No need to change anything. No need to interfere with what is. Let yourself just be, just for this momen...

No need to try. No need to change anything. No need to interfere with what is. Let yourself just be, just for this moment right there where you are.

Nothing to do. Nowhere to go.

Just stay right there. You've run all day. You've tried your best. You've done really well. Rest for this moment. You deserve it.

And please know that you are shining right at this very moment, without trying, without changing anything. Just let yourself shine right here right now.
