Lacrosse ball massage is a form of self-myofascial release. Fascia is the thin sheath of connective tissue, and when disrupted, it can cause pain and poor movement patterns. The goal of myofascial therapy is to stretch and loosen the fascia so the underlying tissue can move freely.

Stand comfortably with your feet on the floor, holding something for balance if needed. Place the lacrosse ball under the arch of your foot. Lean forward, putting weight on your affected side. Slowly roll the ball back and forth along the arch of your foot. Continue for 30 to 60 seconds and then repeat on the other side.

If you're getting tired of plain water, try adding fruits and herbs! Here's a fun recipe to make Delicious Infused Water.
Slice up 1/2 cup of strawberries, half of a lime, half of a cucumber, and 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves. Place the ingredients in the bottom of a jar and then add some ice, water, and even some seltzer water for that extra fizz.
Tip: Leave jar refrigerated overnight for maximum flavour!
