10-Day Belly Binding Journey ✨
(5 months postpartum | 2nd baby)
Every postpartum body tells a story of strength, healing, and transformation. Karen came to me 5 months after welcoming her second baby, hoping to restore her core and close her abdominal separation.
After 10 days of consistent belly binding treatment, here are her results:
📏 Upper waist: 32” → 30.25”
📏 Waist (belly button): 36.25” → 35”
📏 Hips: 39” → 37.25”
Most importantly — her diastasis recti improved from 3-finger separation to fully closed (0 finger) 🙌
Belly binding isn’t about “bouncing back.”
It’s about helping the body heal properly after pregnancy by:

• improving posture and core stability
