Youβll be guided through Yoga Nidra, a powerful form of meditation practiced lying down, designed to calm the nervous system and bring the body into profound relaxation. As you rest, crystal sound bowls will surround you with gentle, resonant vibrations, helping release tension, quiet mental chatter, and support deep restoration.
This practice is especially supportive if youβre feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, overstimulated, or simply craving stillness. Many people leave feeling clearer, lighter, and deeply grounded.
