🌸 Is Spotting After Menopause Normal? 🌸

Light spotting after menopause is not considered normal and should always be checked out by a healthcare provider. While it can be caused by something minor like va**nal dryness or thinning of the uterine lining (atrophic endometrium), it could also be a sign of something more serious like polyps or, rarely, uterine cancer.

Yes, the joint pain is "real". No, it's not "in your head". Over and over, women are lead to believe that they will just have to deal with it. The decline in hormones can cause increased pain and stiffness in your joints. Many perimenopausal and postmenopausal women feel this increased pain and stiffness and aren't offered appropriate treatment solutions.

Please don't just take a collagen haphazardly because you saw on Tiktok that it may be good for you.
