We are thrilled to announce 15 Hrs 🍁Prenatal Yoga Teachers Training by EYRT Sonia Clarke scheduled on 20th, 21st and 22nd October.

Pregnancies are exciting but can be overwhelming bringing up range of emotions and stress.This training is ideal for yoga teachers and professionals such as doulas, midwives and registered nurses who are interested in supporting women through pregnancy through Yoga practice. This course will delve into all trimesters of pregnancy. Students will explore a full spectrum of prenatal yoga postures and sequences that safely support a healthy mom and baby.

ESSENTIAL YOGA FOR PRENATAL MOTHERS
You will deepen your understanding of:
◦ Changing physiology during pregnancy.
◦ The benefits of yoga during pregnancy.
◦ Diastasis and the linea alba.
