location
quality packages of specialized care
world-class technology
highly-trained medical staff

We employ two specializations that cover the entire rehabilitation process from pain management to lifestyle transformation, without introducing any invasive surgical procedures. The quality of these procedures is based on Western healthcare industry standards using world-class technology. Some of these procedures include Platelet Rich Plasma, Botox® and Electroencephalography amongst others. All of our physicians and medical staff will have met our internal training criteria for Western-quality standards as well as have undergone stringent training and education outlined by the Centre for Healthcare Planning and Quality.

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) stimulates your body’s natural repair process. Growth factors in PRP encourage cell proliferation and tissue regeneration, helping damaged tissues heal. 🌱

Steroids, on the other hand, reduce pain by blocking inflammatory mediators. They’re powerful at controlling inflammation but don’t actively repair tissue. ❌➡️✅

Understanding the difference helps you choose the right treatment for lasting relief.

Not all injections work the same way. Nerve blocks, steroid, viscosupplements, and prp each target different pain pathways and tissue types. Choosing the right injection depends on the source of pain, whether it’s inflammation, tissue damage, nerve irritation, or joint degeneration, so treatment can be more precise and effective.

Ultrasound, CT and MRI are different imaging tools used to answer different questions. Choosing the right one helps your provider pinpoint the cause of your pain and guide the most effective treatment.

Ultrasound is commonly used for real-time evaluation of muscles, tendons, fluid collections, and guided injections.
CT scans are often chosen for evaluating bones, fractures, and internal injuries.
MRI is best for soft tissues like muscles, ligaments, discs, nerves, and joints.

The first 24 hours after a nerve block are a gradual transition from tension to relief.
Early on, it’s normal to feel soreness or lingering nerve sensitivity as the medication starts working. Over the next several hours, the numbness and muscle relaxation increase, and most patients notice steady improvement in pain and mobility.

This timeline helps you understand what’s normal during those first hours, what kinds of sensations to expect as the nerve pathways calm down, and when a symptom isn’t typical and you should contact your provider.
