As we continue to enjoy the beautiful days of late summer, we ease back into classes. This month is a soft start with two classes on the virtual class schedule, starting on Sept. 10th.

Hatha Yoga on Tuesdays at 7 pm
Beginner's Strength Training on Fridays at 9:30 am

Happy Summer Solstice!
As summer starts to ramp up, we start to wind down our live virtual classes for a couple of months. For the months of July and August, the virtual class schedule will be put on hold to give all of us a chance to enjoy the summer to the fullest! But it's important to keep moving and keep some of your healthy habits, so class recordings will be offered. The recordings are perfect to use anytime and anywhere. If you are not on my email list and would like more info, send me a DM.
