Mindfulness - Learn how to stay present and grounded in the moment, helping you manage emotions more effectively.
2. Do you often react impulsively when you’re upset?
Distress Tolerance - Develop practical strategies to cope with crises without making things worse.
3. Struggling to communicate your needs without conflict?
Interpersonal Effectiveness - Learn to express your needs without toxic shame or guilt, while maintaining healthy relationships with your family, friends and/or your partner.
4. Do you feel like your emotions are running the show?
Emotion Regulation - Gain tools to understand and manage your emotions, so they don’t control your life.
