Ontario Declares Second Provincial Emergency

Today, the Ontario Government declared second provincial emergency, issued a stay-at-home order which will take effect on Thursday, January 14 2021 at 12:01am, except grocery store or pharmacy, accessing health care services, for essential or for essential work.

Please be advised that Health Mind and Body Wellness Centre remains operational in providing health care services such as Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy and Acupunture.

Health Mind and Body strictly follows safety measures preventing the spread of Covid-19. For an instance, we do maintain social distancing, Reception and Health Care providers do wear proper PPE's, treatment rooms and all areas of the clinic are being sanitized properly.

We do aim to have safe environment for our team members, service providers and more importantly our valued clients.

We are open 7 days a week:
Mon-Fri 10am till 8pm
Saturday & Sunday 10am till 6pm
