Have you had your morning stretch… or are you still clinging to the side of the bed like this little starfish? 😅
Sometimes wellness looks graceful.
Sometimes it looks like a slow, slightly dramatic flip onto your other side.
Either way… circulation is circulation.
Movement does not have to be perfect to be powerful. A gentle stretch. A roll of the shoulders. A deep breath before coffee. Small motions wake up the body, move the blood, and remind your nervous system that a new day has begun.
If a starfish can commit to the flip, we can commit to the stretch.
Be kind to your joints this morning. They have been holding you up for years. 💛
