This 2 min video will give symptoms and a summary of what you discovered after the assessment. What you need to do is decide which position to start the client in and the muscles or area you plan on addressing and maybe modalities. Fantastic!!! You have decided to participate in some form of exercise/movement especially after being non-active for days. What ever you decide to do please take the time to warm up your muscles. There are a lot of videos out there jumping right into pushups, sit-ups, jumping jacks or using weights..etc. Take the time to loosen up then go and do your activity followed by stretching at the end. Stay healthy!! If you don't know what to do I have a few functional short (2-5 minute) videos and they should help with functional movement. Be well....
