Masking Update! 😷
Mask Mandates in Private Health Care Settings
The Ontario Government has announced the expiration of masking requirements in certain indoor settings, including health care settings (with the exception of long-term care homes and retirement homes), and the expiration of COVID-19 directives related to the health sector as of June 11, 2022, 12:00am.
As a result of this action taken by the Ontario Government, masks are no longer required for your appointment. However, we expect some patients will wish to remain masked and we respect the choices of any individual who wishes to do so.
If you would like Dr. Steph to wear a mask during your appointment, please let her know before you come in.
In addition to the end of the mask mandate, active screening of patients will no longer be required. As a continued precaution, please continue to self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms and do not attend your appointment if you have COVID-19 symptoms or live with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
