Amanda Filipowicz is a certified holistic nutritionist from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition (IHN). She has a bachelorβs degree in Environmental Studies from York University. Amanda has worked as a nutritionist since 2014. Amanda has a life long passion for both food and healthy living. She has expert nutritional knowledge of the health benefits of everyday foods and their impact on the body. Through her articles, she hopes to bridge the gap between science, medicine and natural healthy living through holistic means. She implements the most up to date and relevant studies into her writing.
