I do hope everyone is healthy, safe and connected to all that brings you joy during these challenging times🙏

As my outdoor classes have ended, I will be moving my platform to online starting Tuesday December 1st. I will be offering weekly Kundalini classes on Tuesday evenings from 7PM to 830 PM via zoom. Themed classes in 8 week installments.

For any of my regular students...your class pass, balance is still active on your account and your rate will continue to be honoured.

Class rates are
$15/class
8 class pass $100
16 class pass $160
No expiry.

For anyone not familiar with Kundalini Yoga...it is the yoga of awareness which moves dormant energy at the base of your spine through your chakra system (energy wheels) to help you serve & honour your souls purpose. It anchors you to your destiny and has saved my life and helped my heal emotionally, physically and spiritually from lifes challenges.
