InnerSolstice I offer Reiki services to women in Mississauga. While looking to manage my own health issues I found Energy Work and was immediately intrigued.

While working in the corporate world I used Energy Work like Reiki, and Reconnective healing to find balance and a peace of mind that was lacking in my everyday professional life. After each session I felt more connected, less overwhelmed and more able to manage the stressors of everyday life. Slowly my focus began to shift and more and more of my time was spent learning and practicing Energy Work. I felt myself being drawn to the world of vibrations in the body. Throughout my journey I have met and trained with many healers who have taught me that love and compassion are at the core of this work. I am honored to share this work with clients. Love yourself,
