Hello, My name is Djasem Peerally, I am a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) With nearly four years of dedicated practice in the field, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each session. My focus lies in utilizing techniques such as cupping, taping, Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy and stretching therapy to tailor each massage experience to the unique needs of my patients. Whether it’s relieving tension, promoting relaxation, or aiding in injury recovery, I am committed to providing personalized care and promoting holistic wellness.

This is something that I share with a lot of my patients. If the issue is rooted in lifestyle choices then the solution is also going to be in your lifestyle.

This doesn’t mean that massage, physiotherapy or chiropractic treatment can’t be helpful. These forms of treatment should be used as an adjunct to the changes you are making in your everyday life.

This especially applies when someone is dealing with stiffness and tightness throughout their body. If there’s no specific injury to the area, then chances are small modifications in one’s day to day routine will pay huge dividends in reducing this discomfort.

The difficulty with this approach is it requires change. This change requires patience and commitment.
