🔥 It's time to talk about sauna culture and etiquette! 🔥

Saunas have been a part of cultures around the world for centuries. They offer relaxation, health benefits, and a sense of community. However, there are certain rules to follow when it comes to sauna etiquette. Here are some tips to ensure that your next sauna experience is enjoyable for everyone in Steamul Sauna:

1️⃣ Respect others' privacy. Saunas are a place for relaxation, so be mindful of others' personal space and avoid staring or making loud noises.

2️⃣ We provide towels and bathrobes for your use during your sauna session. Please use these towels to sit on and wipe down any surfaces you use. Do not use homemade or purchased scrubs as they may damage the sauna's wooden surfaces.

3️⃣ Take a shower before using the swimming pool. It's important to maintain good hygiene by showering before entering the pool to avoid contaminating the water.

4️⃣ Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your sauna session to avoid dehydration.
