So many times during my sessions, I meet clients who are deeply affected by self-image and body-image struggles. They’ve tried multiple diets, changed dieticians, jumped from one challenge to another… yet still find themselves stuck at the same number—or fluctuating between a few.
The mind becomes foggy, the heart becomes heavy, and the weight they carry inside feels far greater than the weight on the scale.
What truly helps is shifting the state of mind first.
Affirmations practiced consistently can open up blocked energies, soften self-judgment, and create the internal space needed for real transformation.
My first step is always to guide them to prioritize their thoughts before they try to lose weight.
And while Reiki beautifully supports the actual efforts to loose weight in the hindsight. Reiki is not for you until it calls to you—we’ll save that conversation for another day.
