The clinic is closed today in observance of Thanksgiving. We are grateful for all of our patients, staff and community and the trust and connections we've forged. We hope you have a wonderful, restful day in the company of those you cherish.

In recognition of Truth & Reconciliation Day, pureBalance Wellness would like to acknowledge that our clinic is on the Treaty Lands and Territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit and the traditional territories of the Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, Wyndot and Huron people. We also acknowledge the many First Nations, Intuit, Métis and other global Indigenous peoples who call Mississauga home.

We encourage all Canadians to wear orange to honour the thousands of Survivors of residential schools.

The visuals bring together symbols of the 3 Indigenous groups across Canada: the eagle for First Nations, the narwhal for Inuit, and the beaded flower for the Métis. At the centre is a circle which symbolizes unity and the spirit of reconciliation, while the pathway running through it represents the reconciliation journey. The stars symbolize the children who never returned home from residential schools. The orange colour represents truth-telling and healing. 🧡

And just like that, we are already welcoming in September! 🍎

With hints of fall flavours, warm days and cooler evenings, cozy clothing and of course a sense of renewal as many head back to school to expand their learning. 🍂

Why not consider what back to health changes you'd like to incorporate into your life.... and for those of you who are in full planning and details mode, don't forget that there are only 3 months left to the year to use your insurance benefits, so book early as schedules tend to fill up quicker towards the end of the month. �And lastly, just a friendly reminder that we are closed for Labour Day, we look forward to seeing you again and returning any emails or calls on Tuesday, September 2nd.
