As a student athlete at Iona Catholic Secondary School, I’ve had my fair share of ankle injuries. The purpose of this post is to help out other student athletes like myself, and get you back to your sport.
Recovery isn’t just rest, it’s rebuilding strength, balance, and confidence one step at a time. From swelling and setbacks to that first pain-free sprint… every phase matters.
Listen to your body. Stay consistent with rehab. Celebrate small wins. Because getting back into your sport isn’t just about being healed, it’s about coming back stronger. 💪
