Looking for something fun, unique and engaging that naturally gives you a better resistance workout than on land?

Join our Ladies Only Aquafit Program!

Why Aquafit?

Aquafit is both strength and cardio fitness class in the water.

Little to no impact, so it's amazing for these who have any type of injury, arthritis or joint and muscle pain.

We focus the WHOLE BODY with a huge emphasis on your TUMMY.
The benefits to working out in the water are endless.
Aquafit is a SAFE and FUN way to maximize your cardio and strength training.

Both are held in the comfort of a female only environment that provides a wonderful social aspect as well.

Important notes:

1.Aquafit is held in NON DEEP WATER, therefore it's appropriate for Non-Swimmers as well.

2. There are flotation belts and jackets for those who prefer them.

3. All participants under 12 must follow the Safety Standards of Admission.

Saturdays 3:30-4:30pm
12 sessions
$200 for 60 minutes
$120 for 30 minutes

All lesson participants will have a specific parent feedback day approximately midway through the lessons.
All lesson participants will receive an assessment sheet at the last lesson indicating the level they will proceed to.
