Mother Nature HEALS … don’t sleep on her✨

Yes, sunsets are beautiful, but I will forever be a SUNRISE OVER SUNSET girl, and let me tell you why …

Because of the birds.

Birds singing in the early morning hours, is an evolutionary signal of SAFETY.

It TURNS ON your parasympathetic nervous system - your RELAXATION RESPONSE. Which helps reduce stress & anxiety, lower cortisol, and improve your mood.

By shifting out of FIGHT OR FLIGHT, your muscles relax and heartbeat slows.

Listening to the sounds of nature, particularly birdsong, releases feel good chemicals like dopamine and serotonin.
