Most people never see the work behind a clean building.

They just walk in and start their day.

At 2000 Argentia Road in Mississauga, five towers and more than 275,000 square feet are ready every morning because someone shows up with pride.

For the past year, that someone has been Diego Chavez.

Most of the cleaning happens overnight.

By the time tenants arrive, everything feels fresh and ready for the day ahead.

Diego is known for stepping up when the job is tough, supporting his teammates, and treating everyone with respect.

Work like this often goes unnoticed.

We notice. And we are grateful.

That's why Diego is our Team Member for January.

When he’s off the clock, Diego enjoys swimming, watching football (soccer), and sharing a good plate of pepper steak with friends.
