Want to know how to ADD a new habit easily?
How to make a habit part of your daily life—like brushing or bathing? 🪥🚿
Here’s a simple way 👇

As a new year begins, everyone feels excited to start new goals and new habits.
But we often make one mistake 👀

🚫 Adding too many habits at once.
Too many habits drain your energy and focus — and slowly, we drop everything.

✅ What works better?
👉 Add ONE priority habit at a time (max two).
👉 Give it 1–2 months of attention.
👉 Even 1–2 minutes a day is enough on difficult days.
👉 Consistency matters more than intensity.

When the habit starts giving you satisfaction…
When you see small visible changes…
It naturally becomes part of your routine 🔁✨

📖 My personal experience:
In 2025, I decided to add gratitude journaling to my life.
Some days were hectic.
Some days were exhausting.

On such days, I simply wrote:
🖊️ “Thank you. Grateful for today.”

That connection with pen and paper was enough 💛
No guilt. No self-criticism.

Missing a day or two is okay.
Just come back and continue — that’s how habits are built 🌱

🌿 My 2026 priority habit: Mindfulness
As a mom of two, my mind is often elsewhere —
thinking while cooking, eating, or doing daily work.

This year, I choose to add mindfulness into my everyday life ✨
🥣 Mindful eating
🧹 Mindful cooking
🗣️ Mindful talking
🛁 Mindful bathing

Being present is the greatest gift God has given us 💫

😱😨FEAR is loud… but it gets quieter when you FACE it. 🌊🖤

Fear of judgment.
Fear of letting go.
Fear of doing something new.
Fear of criticism.
Fear of speaking.
Fear of darkness.
Fear of solo trips.
Fear of people.

We all carry some kind of fear in our daily lives.
Most of the time, we run away from it. I did too.

I avoided what scared me.
If I feared the dark, I avoided dark places.
If I feared speaking English, I stayed silent —
not because I didn’t know the language,
but because I held the fear of judgment tightly.

👉 What will they think?
👉 What if I make a mistake?
👉 What if they laugh at me?

That fear stopped me.

Then one day, I decided to focus on the fear —
Why did it come? What is it trying to tell me?

I didn’t fight it.
I didn’t run.
I took baby steps 👣

I spoke… again and again.
Slowly. Unperfectly.
And today, speaking to strangers — even in foreign countries — feels possible, because communication is a basic human skill 🌍🗣️

✨ Once you take the first 1–2 steps, fear starts losing its power.
✨ When you move forward, fear slowly moves backward.

So if you have fear —
don’t escape it.
Just move one step closer to it.

Know yourself first —
that awareness will guide and protect you 🤍

No one is coming to save you from your fear.
You are the only one who can.

Start doing what scares you.
Face the judgment.
Face the discomfort.
Give it time — weeks or months —
and you’ll see the fear level change.

This is not theory.
This is my lived experience 🌱

One life. One chance.
Don’t let fear decide your story. ✨

“When you keep hearing this again and again —
‘You can’t do this… you can’t do that…’ ❌

Most of the time, those words make us angry 😤
But pause for a moment.

Why does anger rise?
👉 Because we don’t clearly know ourselves yet.

When you don’t know:
• what you can do ✅
• what you cannot do ❌

every comment creates:
self-doubt → frustration → anger → emotional drain 🌀
And all of this only wastes your time and energy.

🌱 So what to do?

Sit with yourself.
Write it down.
Categorize yourself.

✔ What are my strengths?
✔ What are my limits right now?

When someone says “you can’t”
and it’s already in your ‘not now’ list —
you’ll accept it peacefully and move on 🕊️

But when you don’t have clarity,
their words shake you.



💛 From my own experience:

From my 8th month of pregnancy, I kept hearing:
“You can’t do normal delivery.”
Again. And again. And again.

What did I do?

✨ I trusted my body
✨ I trusted my inner strength
✨ I practiced powerful meditation
✨ I repeated affirmations

🤍 “You can, Priya.”
🤍 “You are capable.”
🤍 “Your body knows.”

I hugged myself.
I motivated myself.
I chose belief over fear.

And yes — I did it.

🐸 You know the frog story, right?
The one who didn’t listen to negative voices
was the one who reached the top.



🌿 So remember:
Don’t carry anger towards people.
Don’t fight every opinion.
Just know yourself.
Trust yourself.
And move on.

❤️💪Being a mother is one of the world’s toughest and most beautiful jobs 👩‍👧‍👦🤍
I say this from my heart, after 6 years of parenting 🌱

Whether you work outside 💼 or stay at home 🏡 — your role is NOT lesser.
Raising a child is a 24×7 job ⏰
Sleepless nights 😴, emotional labor 🧠, physical sacrifice 💪, constant caring 🤍 — all unseen, yet deeply powerful ✨

Our body creates life 🤰
Our mind nurtures life 🌸
Our presence shapes the future 🌍

Society may not always see our scars or sacrifices 🙏
But your child reflects your work — in confidence, emotions, and strength 🌈

I chose to be a homemaker 🏡 and I’m also a yoga teacher 🧘‍♀️
Most importantly, I chose to be available 🤍
And I can see the result — emotionally strong, expressive, secure 💫

As we step into the end of 2025 ✨
Dear stay-at-home moms 🤍
Pat yourself 👏 Hug yourself 🤗
You are NOT “just” a mom 🙅‍♀️
You are doing an extraordinary job 🌟

✨ Motherhood is enough
