Check out this immediate post-op rhinoplasty of a patient who came to us with concerns about a dorsal hump, nasal crookedness, and breathing issues from a deviated septum. Through open rhinoplasty and advanced septal reconstruction, we straightened and refined her nose, creating a softer, more feminine profile while restoring proper airflow.

Instead of removing the severely deviated septum, we preserved and supported it with cartilage grafts to maintain long-term structure and function. What you’re seeing is just the beginning — some swelling is still present, and final results will take up to a year to fully reveal.
