The Ontario family justice system is navigating an unprecedented backlog, and nowhere is that strain felt more acutely than in high-conflict parenting disputes. When complex files stall waiting for clinical assessments, the legal process pauses—but the family conflict does not.
Today, we are proud to announce the official launch of Ontario Family Solutions (OFS).
Built on extensive clinical expertise, including experience handling complex matters for the Office of the Children's Lawyer (OCL), OFS is a specialized practice dedicated to providing the objective, timely clinical interventions that family lawyers need to move their hardest files forward.

This September 30 marks the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. It is a vital day for reflection, education, and remembrance, honouring the lost children and Survivors of residential schools, their families, and their communities.
