Stop doing downward dog wrong.
Most people jump into the pose…
but miss the foundation — and that’s where discomfort begins.
👉 Shift your hips back
👉 Press the mat away
👉 Let the movement come from your foundation (feet + hips)
When this changes, the whole pose feels different.
If you have tight hips or foot discomfort (including bunions), this matters even more.
