On the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, we recommit ourselves to the work of building workplaces and communities where equity isn’t optional. Today, on World Down Syndrome Day, we honour the strength and joy that individuals with Down Syndrome bring to our communities. Sustainability Solutions Summit: Building a Just Future, happening this April 15–16. At a time of mounting pressures on education, health care, and the environment, organizing and connecting is more important than ever.

April 15 – Public Evening Event (bring family and friends!)
Join us for an inspiring evening conversation featuring Matthew Green, former MP and community organizer, Nora Loreto of the Sandy & Nora podcast, along with a special Juno Fest musical guest, Housewife. This event is open to the public and a great opportunity to connect with others thinking about climate, justice, and organizing in our communities.

April 16 – Daytime Learning & Organizing Sessions
The next day will include deeper learning and organizing conversations with a variety of workshops and speakers including David Mastin, President of ETFO. It will be a space to share ideas, build connections, and explore practical ways to organize for a better world.

If you’re interested, we’d love to see you there!
