Faded Glory
One of my recent art works is going to be in Colours Within
Yellow 💛
I've always loved yellow. It's a warm happy colour. I loved the yellow tulips! Tulips in the spring promise warm summer days. The crinkle of the underlying paper adds a texture and patina.

Warrior Chicken has been accepted into VAM's Why Do You Create? exhibition running Jan 24 to Jan 26 in the White Studio Space. I am so excited. It's the first show of 2025.
My goal this year is to once again take my art seriously along with allowing myself to still follow the occasional rabbit hole.
I forgot to choose a word in December. So I will make up for that now. My word for 2025 is Spark. I've done the therapy to connect with my ADHD. Now it's time to make it work for me.

Lupins
When I was little I marveled at the gorgeous lupins growing in my grandfather's yard. You can see the decendants of his plants begin to show their blooms starting in the late spring, between Nipigon and Thunder Bay along the trans Canada highway. The marvelous colour they add to the already spectacular view is quite special.
