Here are a few key things to keep in mind:

1️⃣ Move your spine in all directions
Forward, backward, rotation, and side bending all matter. Focusing on just one direction can leave gaps in movement.

2️⃣ Think gentle and controlled
Your nervous system plays a big role in mobility. Slow, smooth movements are often more effective than pushing into end ranges.

3️⃣ Breathe with your movement
Deep, steady breathing helps reduce protective tension and allows the spine to move more freely.

4️⃣ Stay consistent, not aggressive
A few minutes of intentional movement most days is more helpful than one intense session a week.

5️⃣ Strength supports mobility
The spine moves best when the surrounding muscles are strong enough to support and control that range.
