We are excited to share a new 5-week program for those over the age of 55 who are looking to:

If your diet could produce ANY result in the next 30 days, what would it be? ⁣

Defined abs?
Increased muscle mass?
10 lbs of weight loss?
Or a flatter / leaner midsection?

All are valid responses and 100% attainable - but none of these results are things that can be achieved in just a matter of 30 days (unless you’re taking drastic and extreme measures to get there).

Why?

Because most diets don’t work...

(At least the ones you’ve likely tried up until this point).

If you’ve been trying to produce these results for years by jumping from one diet to the next, yet you’re still not where you want to be, let us help you figure out why!

Join the JSSC team this coming Wednesday July 23rd at 7:15 p.m. for a LIVE Fix My Diet Series, in person at L5 Fitness.

They’ll be choosing ONE volunteer to have their diet assessed and fixed right on the spot [volunteers cannot be existing 1:1 clients of theirs]. If you’ve been selected, here’s what to expect:

They’ll ask questions about your current diet and personal your goals
They’ll help identify obstacles preventing you from achieving these goals
They’ll craft a 90-day action plan that you can execute on your own to move closer to where you want to be

(They will also be giving away a few free private assessments to those who fill out the assessment!).

They will be concluding this workshop with a Q&A session to answer any questions you all have in regards to nutrition.

If you wish to participate in this workshop without filling out an assessment, no sweat! You can refrain from filling out the form and show up at 7:15 p.m. to watch the magic happen!
