The perfect way to round out the work week, join us for 45 minutes of gentle movement and mindful breathwork. No experience necessary, all equipment is available or bring your own. Postures may be standing, seated or lying on the floor, and on hands and knees. This class should be accessible to most people. Drop in for one class or sign up for a series of 6 weeks to save a little $$

Practicing yoga in the morning is the perfect way to get your day off to a productive start! Join us from 6-7am as we breathe, move, and meditate our way to a healthier, happier lifestyle. Morning Yoga at West Perth Dance Club will help you through your work week with energizing movement, centering mindfulness practices and refreshing stillness woven together with intent. This class is suitable for most people who can get up and down from the floor, and can tolerate standing, kneeling and seated positions. Bring your own mat, or use one of ours.
The next 6-week session begins March 4. Sign up for all 6 weeks of the session for only $80, or drop into any session for $15

We're offering another series of chair yoga lessons in Mitchell.

This series of 6 yoga classes is designed to get you moving in a supported, helpful way. Each class consists of 1 hour of yoga postures and breath work. Most postures are supported by the provided chair, but the class may include some standing postures, and some down on the floor (although all postures can be done from the seated position). This class may be for you if you have been looking for a gentle way to get active. This class is appropriate for most people.
The series of 6 classes is $80, or you can drop into any one class for $15.
Please note, if there are less than 4 registered participants, the class may be cancelled or rescheduled.

I have completed 300 hours more yoga teacher training, and now I am registered with Yoga Alliance as a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher.
I am grateful for the opportunity to have had access to this training.
Thank you to all of the yoga practitioners that have allowed me to teach them in my way during the last couple of years. With your encouragement and support I will continue to learn how to provide a safe, comfortable place to practice. Special shout out to my partner, Dawn Bride for helping me to see light when things are dark.
