Today's little challenge will be a grounding exercise. First start by scanning how you're feeling in your body physically, mentally and emotionally (you can put this on a scale of 1 to 10). Then find a spot you can go bare feet in the grass. Even if it's just for 5 or 10 minutes, you can do it seated or walking around, and notice if there is any difference in how you are feeling. Comment if you want to share your experience.

Choose a nervous system reset exercise for today:
1. Breathwork - do 2 sharp inhales through your nose and 1 long exhale through your mouth. Do as many as you need until you feel the calm.
2. Shake - all you have to do is stand and shake everything out of your body, letting the arms and shoulders swing freely. You can even add some music to make it more fun.
