Today's little challenge will be a grounding exercise. First start by scanning how you're feeling in your body physically, mentally and emotionally (you can put this on a scale of 1 to 10). Then find a spot you can go bare feet in the grass. Even if it's just for 5 or 10 minutes, you can do it seated or walking around, and notice if there is any difference in how you are feeling.
