Hello everyone! Looking forward to time with family this holiday season. I hope everyone has a blessed season with a warm home and lots of love and happiness. Letting you know, we are here to assist with taking care of you or your family members. Nutrition is key to maintaining your health and when we live by ourselves we tend not to cook. Poor nutrition can cause issues with memory, balance and skin integrity. Drink plenty of fluids daily, dehydration is a number one cause of falls and memory loss. I offer meal prep and can stock your freezer with your favorites! If you find you are not eating a balanced diet, give me a call! Please take care and have a Merry Healthy Christmas and 2025!
