Trust is whatâs needed here.
Trust in yourself, others, and the universal timing aligning exactly when it should.
Stay open. Thatâs it.
Release the attitudes and assumptions that block energy from moving to and through you. Open doesnât mean effort â it means allowing.
If youâve done what you can and canât positively affect the outcome, ask yourself: why am I fighting it? Control often creates more stress than the situation itself.
When we donât feel safe â mentally or physically â we over-prepare. So much energy gets burned there. Redirect it somewhere creative instead â¨
If rumination creeps in, notice where anxiety lives in your body â chest, throat, head. Is it tense? Short of breath? A rock in your stomach? Donât give it a story, it doesnât need a reason - that pulls us back into intellectualizing in the mind with reasoning which keeps it trapped. Just notice. Then give it an outlet: breathe, bake, bathe, move, read. Reassure yourself: it will unfold in time, and Iâm doing whatâs needed when itâs needed.
Healing happens when body, mind, and soul are all acknowledged together. Trauma we couldnât express (for whatever reason) when it happened doesnât disappear â it gets trapped because it never came out the other side. That trapped energy can show up as tension, illness, or overwhelm
We donât need to relive the trauma. We need to let our bodies complete the cycle they never could. Notice triggers. Instead of ignoring yourself, do what past you couldnât: speak, cry, shake, scream, dance, stretch â let it move instead of pile up.
Healing your inner child isnât about fixing the past. Itâs about showing up now for the past you of any ageâ as the adult who listens, protects, and speaks up. Be who you needed when you needed to survive.
The Healer appears when youâre already on the path. Itâs not easy. Itâs messy. Itâs nonlinear. And it requires participation đ
