This is a time to honour yourself with a connection to your body and heart. In this workshop, we invite you to dress comfy and cozy. We also encourage you to bring a journal. This is an invitation to honour yourself wherever you are on your journey. All you have to do is show up. If you feel called tell your sisters, mothers, and girlfriends about this workshop. It is something incredibly sacred to share.
