Dear valued clients,

We regret to announce that Maritime Float & Wellness will be permanently closing its doors with our last operational day being February 25th. We understand that this news may come as a surprise, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Over the years, we have been honored to provide you with a personalized and high-quality experience for your massage therapy, acupuncture, float therapy, and weight-loss coaching needs. We have always been committed to your health and wellness, and we appreciate the trust and confidence you have placed in our practice.

Our team is committed to making this transition as seamless as possible for you. Our practitioners will be contacting their respective clients as soon as possible to schedule a continuation of treatment at their new location of practice or help with transferring your medical records to a new provider if needed.

We would like to express our sincerest appreciation for your loyalty and support over the years. It has been an honor to be a part of your journey towards health and wellness, and we will miss our interactions and connections with each of you.

The decision to try is the foundation of every accomplishment.💪

Be it getting a new job, quitting smoking, or even training for a marathon, there was the initial decision to do something and then an ensuing promise that you would see this thing through. Remember, though, everything starts on the mental plane in the forms of thoughts, ideas, and visions and is then translated into our 3D world, via actions! A typical 1-on-1 session is client-centered and a time where you will be provided a safe and trusting environment. Mental health is something that is often overlooked, but it really shouldn't be. Maintaining one's mental health can be difficult with all the stressors of life, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't pay attention to it. There are many ways to maintain a healthy mental state, such as:

✅Getting adequate sleep each night
✅Exercising regularly and eating well-balanced meals
✅Do creative things
✅Accept yourself
✅Focus on gratitude
✅Communicating your feelings

Maintaining good mental health will not only make you feel better about yourself but also improve your relationships with others and help you become more successful in whatever you do! Because after all, health, including mental health, is the fundament for everything else you do in life.
