What is your guilty pleasure snack?

Toasted ham sandwich with ketchup. I am worse than a kid for the amount of stuff I eat with ketchup as the main condiment. 🍅

Is there a pose that makes you instantly question all your life choices?

Toe squat!!!! I’m still trying to figure out why this pose exists! 🦶

3. If someone falls asleep in Savasana, do they pass or fail the class?

Trick question! I’m happy that they’re relaxed, but sad that they’re not consciously experiencing the best part of practice! 😴

4. What made you choose to practice at True Studio?

Hands down the people! We have the BEST members and the BEST instructors across all of our offerings. Practicing here is such a treat. It’s so comfortable and welcoming and I love everything about our space. I am so lucky to be a part of True Studio. 🩷

What is your guilty pleasure snack you pretend you don’t eat?

I love to eat whole fresh tomatoes, like an apple. 🍅

What is your go to song to “GET SH*T DONE” in a crave class?

“Not to be dramatic” it’s a short 2:30 minute song with 3 powers. 16 / 24 / 16 which basically makes it a song full of powers. 💪🏻

Short sprints or slow long-distance songs?

I like a good mixture and variety. Typically, I veer towards the short sprints with powers. I love powers! ⚡️

What made you want to be a coach?

I remember my first class; just sitting in the parking lot in my car before class started with my heart rate at 110bmp. I almost left that parking lot that day and I’m glad I didn’t. I fell in love with rowing and the atmosphere that True Studio provided and was instantly my home away from home.

As a bigger girl, I have always been told or seen as the one that cannot do it; and believed it. The one that follows others and just sits on the sidelines. I wanted to prove especially to myself that it was possible to make it my reality and not just a “if I lose weight then il try”. The support and encouragement from everyone at the studio; the members, the other coaches seeing my potential before I ever saw it for myself, made me want to be a coach that much more. It was by far the best decision I ever made. I’m still learning and trying to improve everyday single day and by helping members feel confident and feel accomplished and to have fun makes me feel the same way. 🫶

My guilty pleasure is definitely anything sweet. My ultimate favourite that I indulge about twice a year is a Gusto Red Velvet Cheesecake. 🍰

Balancing poses like Warrior III (airplane) or Dancer Pose remind me that I have super powers and makes me feel like I should be flying through the sky. 🦅

In my class, if you fall asleep in Savasana, you automatically get an A+. Students are also welcome to stay in Savasana for the entire class if they feel like it. My favorite saying is “remember that this is your practice, always listen to your body”. 💤

Practicing at True Studio was an easy choice for me as it was next door to my favourite gym. What keeps me there is the people, the sense of community and the welcoming beautiful space it offers. 🤗

I like a mix of both and changing it up - always stepping outside our comfort zones!

- What made you want to be a coach?

I decided to become a coach after achieving some of my own fitness goals. When I started my journey, I wanted to improve my health, boost my confidence, and build a stronger mindset.

The positive changes I experienced, both physically and mentally, made me realize how empowering rowing can be. Along the way, I built meaningful connections with others in the Crave community, which further fueled my passion to help people achieve the same.

It’s not just about the workouts—it’s about helping people build a stronger, healthier, and more confident version of themselves, and I want to give others the same tools, support, and encouragement that made such a difference in my life! 🩷

Hi there! My name is Jen and I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years. 👋🏻

For me yoga started as a way to stretch out after training horses or running, but after a health diagnoses that prevents me from doing those things any longer, it turned into a way for me to still be active and deal with stress and was so curious to learn more about it, so enrolled in the yoga training program and completed the 200 hour yoga training in 2024, focusing on Vinyasa flow classes. 🧘🏻‍♀️

As an instructor, I realize that there is not a one size fits all yoga class and that is what I love about it, the versatility of a yoga practice and watching people grow stronger and more confident discovering their inner peace and balance. ✌🏻

Hi, I’m Natalie, a certified yoga teacher through Bodsphere Yoga School (Yoga Alliance RYS 200). I came to yoga for the movement, but stayed for the transformation. Yoga has become a grounding force in my life, helping me reconnect, find balance, and grow stronger both inside and out.

You’ll find me teaching a variety of styles, from Gentle and Yin to Hatha and Vinyasa. In my classes, it’s not just about poses—it’s about understanding your body, building strength, and feeling empowered no matter your experience. I create space for both energizing flows and calming moments, so you can find what works for you.

I blend modern energy with traditional roots, always focused on community, connection, and authenticity.
