I am so glad you are here! Are you navigating some difficult life situations? Are you experiencing worry, anxiety, sadness, negative thoughts, or trouble regulating emotions? I can help. My main focus is to develop a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel safe and heard. I want you to have a place where you can speak without judgement and work on your goals at your own pace. Infinity Counselling Therapy clinic focuses on teenagers and young adults, aged 13-30 years old (however will see individuals outside of this range).

I am looking forward to connecting with you. It takes courage to seek help and you have already taken this major step. You are limitless! My summer hours include daytime appointments on Tues, Wed, & Thurs (virtual or in person).
