I am sharing my in protest against the regulations Health Canada wants to push through on natural health supplements (NHPs) that have the potential to cripple access for all of us.

Health Canada is threatening our access to natural health products including nutritional supplements, herbal remedies, homeopathics and more by placing more regulations and red tape on brands and manufacturers (hundreds of Canadian businesses) who make them. The downstream effect is that this will make it extremely difficult for you and me to access NHPs

NHPs have many benefits:
- They help keep people out of the medical system.
- They prevent and slow the progress of common degenerative conditions.
- They support better outcomes for people going through conventional medical treatments including chemotherapy and surgery.
- They help people recover after illness.

This is my own supplement shelfie. I rely on these for digestive support, a strong immune system, a healthy heart, calming my anxiety, mental and physical stamina, perimenopausal hormone support and anemia prevention. This is not my full list. They change according to time of day, phase within my cycle and seasonal needs.
