Our objectives are:
- To provide a place where people can meet to exchange ideas and information and develop a sense of belonging.
- To promote a positive mental health attitude through mutual support, fellowship and education.
- To offer people in recovery an opportunity to participate in meaningful activities, which contribute to increasing their well-being, self-esteem and social functioning.
- To promote community integration and inclusion. Nos objectifs sont:
- Offrir un endroit où les gens se rencontrent pour échanger des idées et développer un sentiment d’appartenance.
- Promouvoir un attitude positive face à la santé mentale par le soutien mutuel, la fraternité et l’éducation.
- Offrir aux gens touché par la santé mentale une opportunité de participer à des activités significatives, ce qui va contribuer à accroître leur bien-être, leur estime de soi et leur fonctionnement social.
- Promouvoir l’intégration et l’inclusion communautaire.
