🤍 The fastest way to calm anxiety is not by arguing with your thoughts but by softening your body. Drop your shoulders, unclench your jaw, and take a slow breath.

it’s about creating a space where every thought is allowed to exist without judgment.

because you’re not “too much.”
your spirals aren’t a flaw.
your thoughts don’t scare me.

✨ Are you a people pleaser ✨ Maybe you say yes when you mean no, avoid conflict even when you’re upset, or feel guilty putting yourself first. It can feel easier to keep the peace, but it often leaves you drained.

People pleasing isn’t the same as being kind. It’s putting everyone else first at the expense of yourself. Setting boundaries doesn’t make you selfish, it makes you healthy.

If this feels familiar, you’re not alone. Therapy can help you unlearn these patterns and start showing up for yourself. 💕
