On Point Health Coaching As a health coach my goal is to help you create healthy sustainable habits so that making the healthy choice becomes easy, its just a part of who you are.

Health and wellness has become overly complicated and downright confusing with all the fad diets and so called “Healthy” products out there it can be almost impossible to navigate your way through it all and discover what really works best for you. Which is where I come in, you see a Health Coach is like a personal trainer but for what you eat and how you live. Making sure you are developing the healthy lifestyle habits best suited to you so that being healthy comes naturally, it just becomes a part of who you are.

I hate to admit it but summer is almost over and I don't know about you but I want to make the most of the nice days we have left!
So I've been thinking about offering some group fitness / coaching classes one evening a week that would be held outdoors. We would do approximately 30 mins of exercise and 30 mins of coaching where as a group we will discuss healthy lifestyle habits and how to build them I would also provide handouts, food guides and all kinds of healthy goodness.

Each class would be $10 per person
If there is enough interest I will start organizing the sessions.

So please comment below if your interested and feel free to offer suggestions for days and times 💗

✨Commit to something - by committing to something and sticking to it until it's completed will give you a sense of self control, personal trust and self pride.

✨Embrace the habit of effort - it's so easy to get down on ourselves for not instantly seeing results but what separates those who achieve their goals and those who don't is committing to yourself and embracing the efforts you put in everyday.

✨Make a 5 year plan - making a 5 year plan can have a huge pay off. It gives you clarity on what you really want and motivation to get you there.

✨Invest in yourself - saving up for an investment in education, training or coaching is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Investing in yourself boosts confidence and improves circumstance. Stop telling yourself you don't have the time or the money aka "your not worth it" because you are, you absolutely, undoubtedly are worth it.

Let's be real there are tons of Health products out there today and some of them are really great but the problem is once you stop using them things go back to normal you lose the energy and gain the weight back so then you're trapped nothing really has changed for you BUT if you invest in yourself with something like coaching you actually learn the changes that will have the greatest impact on your life the things you can do yourself everyday. You learn what foods to eat, what foods to avoid, the best exercises and most importantly how to overcome obstacles and challenges getting in your way. You actually transform into a better version of yourself and that is something that no quick-fix Health product can give you and the real beauty is...once you've invested the time and the money into yourself you have that information, that knowledge, that power forever there is no going back!

I promise you can do it and you will never feel better about yourself ✨

Nothing gets me more motivated to keep on track with my health then my son 💗
Obviously I want to live a long healthy life in order to be there for him for as long as possible, I also want to be able to keep up with him and take part in activities with him. I want to be able to run, jump and swim with him I want to be able to play basketball and soccer with him but most of all....I want to instill a sense of priority in building healthy lifestyle habits in him. I want him to live a long healthy life, I want him to learn the importance of making healthy food choices and of always including activity and fun into his life even as he ages. I want to be a role model and a positive influence on my son's life in many ways not just health but health is an important one because as I have learned first hand without your health you have nothing and I want him to have everything 💗

It's so easy to get caught up in the overwhelm, to fill your head with excuses and promises of "next time" or "when things get back to normal". It's so hard to get motivated and commit to yourself once and for all to improve your health, your life, your circumstance. It takes support, accountability and guidance.......it takes help and that's ok. If your feeling stuck reach out, I am always up for a good self improvement chat. 💗

Gardening is one of my favorite hobbies and is one I recommend to clients all of the time. It has so many health benefits.
- It gets you outside
- Gets you moving
- It can be done on small and large scales so perfect for everyone
- When your hands come in contact with the ground they absorb minerals they wouldn't normally come in contact with
- It's rewarding to see your efforts pay off
- People often say eating healthy is expensive but by growing your own it significantly reduces the cost of produce (and it's often better quality)

The list goes on and on....if your looking for a hobby I highly recommend gardening 💗🌱

What if I told you.....You Had the Power. Not the shake, the pill, the wrap. There is no magical thing that will help you lose weight and get healthier other than the magic that is in you already and just waiting to be released. I mean sure those things can help, mostly in the way that they can motivate you to make healthier choices after you spent money on them... I mean you might as well at least get some exercise in while your at it 🤷...but....if you just shifted your mindset to release your own magic, your own strength, your own power to focus on figuring out what really works for you in order to become that person that just makes healthy choices because that's who you are, that's when you'll see the change, that's where the magic really happens. Energy rises, happiness becomes more constant, weight goes down, muscle goes up....lifespan increases!!
Trust me you can do this, but just like anything else you have to really want it and commit to it because it won't always be easy especially in the beginning...but that's what I'm here for and we will get you there together 💗
