I hate to admit it but summer is almost over and I don't know about you but I want to make the most of the nice days we have left!
So I've been thinking about offering some group fitness / coaching classes one evening a week that would be held outdoors. We would do approximately 30 mins of exercise and 30 mins of coaching where as a group we will discuss healthy lifestyle habits and how to build them I would also provide handouts, food guides and all kinds of healthy goodness.
Each class would be $10 per person
If there is enough interest I will start organizing the sessions.
So please comment below if your interested and feel free to offer suggestions for days and times 💗
