Nicole Ferris n.p/CaED, a Naturotherapist and the only practicing certified Grof Transpersonal Trained Holotropic Breathwork® Facilitator east of Montreal and has been organizing and facilitating group and private workshops that use non ordinary states for healing for over 25 years.

Nicole's approach is rooted in the belief that every person carries an inner healing intelligence. My role is to help you access it. By integrating Holotropic Breathwork®, psychedelic therapy integration, and trauma-informed practices, I support healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we will gently explore deeper layers of trauma, nervous system patterns, and the body’s own wisdom. Non-ordinary states offer pathways to insight and transformation that talking alone may not always reach.

Each session honours your lived experience and is guided at a pace that feels safe, grounded, and respectful. My commitment is to meet you as a whole person—not a diagnosis—and to collaborate with medical and wellness professionals as appropriate to support integrated care.

My mission is simple: to help you reconnect with your inner truth, restore your nervous system, and create space for real transformation—within yourself, your relationships, and your life.

I am now accepting new clients. Many service offerings are covered under Naturopathy. Contact me for an exploratory call if it calls to you.
