Since 2016, Alissa has been bringing her warm smile and expertise to our Miramichi clinic as a bilingual audiologist. 🎧💬

With a bachelor’s degree in Récréologie from Université de Moncton and a master’s in Health Science (Audiology) from the University of Ottawa, Alissa loves helping people hear—and feel—their very best.

She’s also a familiar face in the community, actively involved in local committees and associations. Her passion for helping others shines through in every appointment.

Celia is one of our incredible Hearing Instrument Specialists here at Saint John Clinic—and she’s so much more than that. With a big heart and a deep passion for helping others hear their best, Celia brings warmth, care, and dedication to every client she meets.

Outside the clinic, Celia lives life to the fullest with her three wild and wonderful kids and their golden retriever, Gus. Whether it’s hiking through the trails, camping under the stars, or soaking up sunshine at the beach, she’s all about the simple joys.

She’s also a lover of cozy movie nights, country music, and her favorite pick-me-up from Starbucks. For Celia, it’s all about finding moments that feel like home—and we’re lucky to have her bring that same spirit to our team every day.

🎉 Welcome Simon to the Team!

We’re thrilled to introduce Simon, a Moncton native who joined our team in 2024. Simon brings a unique blend of scientific expertise and compassionate care to his role, with a strong academic background in both Biochemistry and Audiology.

He earned his Bachelor’s (2020) and Master’s (2022) degrees in Biochemistry from the Université de Moncton, where he conducted research at the Medical Research Center that led to several published studies. In 2024, Simon completed a Master’s in Audiology at the University of Montreal, driven by a deep commitment to improving clients’ well-being through hearing aids and education.

Simon is passionate about combining research and clinical care, with future plans to pursue further studies and contribute to teaching and innovation in the field.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find Simon enjoying a good coffee with friends, staying active, watching movies, or playing guitar. 🎶

We’re thrilled to welcome Jessica Desmond to the Argus Audiology team! 🎉 With a heart for connecting with people and a true passion for making everyone feel welcome, Jessica brings both warmth and positive energy wherever she goes.

When she’s not brightening our clinic, you’ll find her soaking up the sunshine on summer adventures – whether it’s hiking, swimming, or cruising in a sports car.

🎶 She’s a big fan of country music and an even bigger fan of her amazing 7-year-old (almost 8!) son – who she proudly calls the kindest and smartest kid she knows. 💛
