Rehab exercises and training exercises have different purposes, even if the movement looks the same 🌿
When you’re in rehab, the goal is:
- reconnecting muscles that stopped doing their job
- teaching your body how to move properly again
- building stability and control before adding load
It’s not about how much weight you lift.
It’s about how well you move 🙌
When you’re training, the goal shifts to:
- building strength
- improving power, speed, or endurance
- increasing your capacity to handle more
Rehab is the foundation.
Training is the progression 💪
You’re not meant to stay in rehab forever.

Pain doesn’t just appear out of nowhere.
Your body warns you first -> stiffness, tension, recurring discomfort.
Ignoring the signs doesn’t make them disappear. Addressing them early prevents them from becoming chronic.
At Rehab1, we focus on:
• finding the root cause of the problem
• treating the cause
• teaching you how to maintain progress
At Rehab1, our multidisciplinary team is here to help you feel your best.
From physiotherapists and chiropractors to registered massage therapists and osteopaths, we combine expertise to create personalized care plans tailored to you. 🙌
Together, we make your health and wellness our top priority.

When you reflect on amazing customer experiences you have had (such as buying a car, shopping for new sneaks, or attending a rehab clinic for an injury), it’s always the effort to connect and way you were treated that sets apart one business from the next.
Rehab1 was built on this simple concept of business. Using this idea as a foundation, along with the motivation to create something bold and different, the idea of Rehab1 was born in the Winter of 2016. The vision was simple and powerful - bring together a team of highly motivated professionals who understand how to make real connection with others, who are no strangers to effort and passion, and who care deeply for the community within and outside our walls.
Over the years, our team has evolved, and our impact continues to grow. We have helped thousands of New Brunswickers with our personalized treatment framework that optimizes your body with a fresh approach.
Rehab1 is embedded into 3 of New Brunswick’s vibrant communities: Saint John, Riverview and Moncton. It has been a amazing journey to be a part of and even more rewarding to help so many people get back on their feet and excel in life!
