As a trauma therapist and life coach, my approach is collaborative utilizing strength based, trauma-informed, and client-centered approaches. By creating an empathic space for self-discovery and self-acceptance, I help individuals develop healthy relationships with themselves and others, I work with you to gain a deeper sense of self awareness, self- acceptance, and self-compassion, and identify and build upon your strengths in order to attain your personal goals. I recognize the courage it takes to first reach out and I am here to walk this journey with you, offer you tools as you move forward on your healing journey! I aim to provide a safe, warm, non-judgemental, compassionate enviroment where you can let your guard down and share your struggles, and together, we can explore your path forward.
