I work weekends. (Friday night, All day Saturday, all day Sunday and Monday nights) My work days I condensed so I do not check social media while I am at work with clients.

Today is Wings of Wellness Massage Therapy-Massotherapie birthday! 21 years! When I went to massage school the life expectancy of an RMT was 5-6 years. I am so very blessed to still be here and to have such wonderful, supportive clients. It has been a wild ride of moving, covid, clinics being destroyed, and many continuing education courses with skills that need to be practiced and perfected. Through it all you have been there, and helped me grow. For that I am eternally grateful. To many more years working together. ❤

Spent last weekend in Halifax at a Dr. Vodder School Lymph Taping Class. We learned patterns and techniques for Lymphedema, swelling, and scars. Super interesting, I am looking forward to practicing more and seeing Cure tap in action.
