✨ Another milestone reached ✨

Proud of her.
She chose growth.
She kept going.
And she keeps glowing...

One year ago, she began turning inward and since then, she has been quietly doing the work. Completed Reiki Level 2, opened her Reiki clinic and continued learning, serving, healing. She completed her Reiki Master level.
And today… she completed Inner Engineering...a program created by Sadhguru that offers powerful yogic tools to cultivate balance, clarity, and responsibility within.
This wasn’t about collecting certificates.
It was about coming home to herself.
This year wasn’t loud.
It was intentional.
It was sacred.
While the world saw a woman managing it all...
She was expanding from within.
Still soft.
Still grounded.
Still rising.
And helping others rise with her 🙏

A new cycle begins today.

Not just on a calendar… but inside us.

This is the year that asks you to stop negotiating with what keeps hurting you.
To stop over-explaining yourself.
To stop waiting for closure from people who only bring confusion.

Some endings don’t come with apologies.
Some peace comes when you finally decide: enough.

Today is not about chasing, forcing, or proving.
It is about choosing yourself quietly, firmly, without guilt.

You may feel tired, emotional, or withdrawn right now.
That isn’t weakness… it’s your nervous system stepping out of survival mode.

Let today be gentle.
Speak softly.
Don’t argue.
Don’t reopen old wounds.

Instead:
open a window,
drink something sweet,
light a candle,
and set one intention

“I no longer abandon myself to keep others comfortable.”

This year supports movement, truth, and freedom.

And sometimes empowerment doesn’t look loud…
sometimes it looks like peace.

A Night of Cosmic Energy You Can’t Afford to Miss 🙏

Mahashivratri is a night of immense natural energy upsurge in the human system. Keeping the spine straight is crucial because it allows this energy...often referred to as Kundalini to flow upward freely from the base of the spine to the crown.

If you lie down or slouch, you create physical and energetic blockages, potentially missing the spiritual benefits of the planetary positions that occur on this night. By staying vertical and awake (Jagran), you align yourself with the natural centrifugal force of the Earth, which helps in deep meditation and cellular regeneration.

Energy Flow: A straight spine acts as a conduit for the "upward surge" of energy.

Biological Impact: It helps synchronize your nervous system with the cosmic alignment.

Spiritual Significance: Staying upright symbolizes being conscious and receptive to Shiva’s grace 🙏

We are approaching February 17...the transition into the Year of the Horse.

In many Eastern traditions, the days just before a new zodiac year are considered a clearing window.

And you may have felt it without knowing why.

Lately many people are experiencing:
• unusual fatigue
• vivid dreams
• sudden memories from years ago
• heightened emotions
• irritation with things they used to tolerate
• a strong urge to clean, organize, or change their environment
• needing more silence or time alone

This phase is often called a shedding period.

Before a cycle of movement begins, the mind and nervous system release stored emotional patterns.
The Horse symbolizes motion, truth, and direction — and psychologically, forward movement requires letting go of what your system has been holding onto.

So your brain begins to revisit unfinished emotional material:
old memories, old reactions, old identities, even parts of yourself you outgrew.

It doesn’t happen to send you backwards.
It happens to prevent you from carrying the same patterns into the next chapter.

That is why this period can feel confusing.
Nothing is necessarily wrong in your present life, yet internally a lot feels active.

Your system is reorganizing.

This is not a time to rush decisions or force clarity.
It is a time to observe what feels heavy, what feels complete, and what no longer fits naturally.

After release usually comes direction.

Be gentle with yourself over the next few days.

When I began this path, I believed I was meant to help only women healing from trauma.

But healing had a wider reach.

I learned to stop choosing who needed support and simply welcome whoever was guided to me... women, men, and even little souls. My role is not to force healing… only to hold space with intention, compassion, and love.

This message touched me deeply and reminded me why I do what I do. I am grateful for every person who trusts me enough to allow me to be part of their journey 💜
